There are times when Android Market will not let you download apps. Normally this happens when your smartphone or more to the point a Tablet does not have ‘THE’ Google Android OS, but a manufactures one like Archos on the 101it or Amazon Fire etc. Even devices that have the Qualcomm chips.
But now a app APK Downloader, comes to the rescue. It’s a Chrome extension so if you don’t have Chrome you will need to download it (link below) to use the app. If you already have Chrome make sure it’s the latest version, go to the Spanner icon>About Google Chrome, this will tell you if you have the latest version. Must be v17+

You will have to disable Chromes SSL error warnings, to do this follow the procedure below.
